Admission Process

Eklavya Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya has opened the application process for admissions in 2025. Students interested in applying can submit their applications through the provided direct link. It is essential for all applicants to meet the eligibility criteria before submitting their forms. Candidates who fail to complete and submit the application form will not be considered for admission.

Completed application forms must be sent to the Secretary, Chhattisgarh School Examination Board, Raipur. The envelope should clearly state: “Application Form for Eklavya Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya Entrance Exam 2025.” Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the Eklavya Vidyalaya Entrance Examination 2025 are as follows:

  • Students studying in State or Central Government-recognized schools are eligible to apply for admission to Class VI, provided they are from the ST category and have attended school during the academic year 2024-25.
  • The application form must be verified by the school principal of the applicant’s current school, where they studied in Class V during the 2024-25 academic year.
  • For Class VI admission, candidates must be between 9 and 13 years old as of April 1, 2025. The birth date should fall between April 1, 2012, and March 31, 2016 (inclusive of both dates).
  • After selection, candidates must present their original certificates, verifying all information provided in the application form, to the Principal at Jogla, Kalsi, Dehradun during counseling. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.

Exam Pattern

The Eklavya Adarsh Awasiya Vidyalaya entrance exam is 2 hours long and consists of three subjects. The test is available in both Hindi and English.

Note:

  • The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Each question has four options, and candidates must mark the correct answer by filling in the circle with a black or blue ballpoint pen.
  • Each correct answer earns 1 mark.
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
